I worked in eConcepts as an intern for six months, the company exceeded my expectations and gave me more than enough experience in the computer industry. The eConcepts team were always encouraging and open to any questions I had.

Both Mark and Pat consistently made time to help and address any uncertainties I had when it came to my tasks and assigned roles regarding projects. I was viewed as another member of the team rather than an intern and on numerous occasions I was provided the opportunity to expand on my skills and gain new experience in other departments of the company.

At the end of my six months I was beyond grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work for a company such as eConcepts and feel as though I could not have attained the experience I have now had I worked for anyone else.

I had the opportunity of an internship in eConcepts after retraining in Software Development.

The experience I gained, in both transferable and technical skills, was invaluable. There was fantastic guidance and support from staff on how to complete and master new tasks.

The office is friendly and relaxed and the work is challenging and rewarding. I was welcomed with open arms from the outset and never felt like an outsider.

After four months I gladly accepted an offer for a full time position and continue to enjoy the opportunities to grow at eConcepts.

When I left college, I took up an offer of an internship at eConcepts. That was 5 years ago. Back then it was just me and the owner Pat Kennedy. He gave me excellent training in all aspects of the business from web development all the way through to business administration.

Any questions or explanations that I needed Pat was always on hand to help. Interns are treated as important members of the team and their efforts are very much appreciated.

The company has now grown to 6 fulltime employees and every employee started out as an intern. eConcepts fully support their interns with quality training and expert advice on a career path.

I started my internship at Econcepts in January of 2019. Even before the start date, Mark and Pat were already helping me get familiar with the technology that was being used in the office. As I was already familiarised with the technology, this made my transition to the office very easy. I was also given ample responsibility from the very first day, which gave me even more confidence and motivation to do my work.

Along with delegating, everyone in the office was great at giving feedback and assisting you with your task if you had any problems. As an intern, with not much of an office working experience, it’s important that you settle in quickly, the general environment around the office helped a lot as it was very democratic and friendly. Econcepts is a company where you have a voice in your team no matter who you are.

Although for a short period of time, my time at the company has helped me grow professionally and personally, and it was a fantastic experience to be surrounded by such great individuals.
